A deposit of 30% of the total invoice will be required for any booking to be considered confirmed.
This is a non refundable deposit, non Transferable. The deposit needs to be paid 1 week upon raise of invoice.
Full payment is required 6 weeks before the start date of the cruise. If payment is not made, your booking may be cancelled.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfers, bank drafts or by cash.
Last minute bookings can be paid upon arrival by cash, credit card or Travellers Cheques before the start of the cruise.
All extras incurred during the cruise must be paid by the customer before departure.
If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money accordingly. Our rates of refund can be summarized as follows:
The refund will be made through bank transfer, travel agent or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Applicable bank and transfer charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that if your purchase was made through a credit card, the amount you receive will reflect a 5% deduction from the full price as a result of the processing fee charged by the credit card company.

- Within 20 -14 days -- 20% will be refunded

Navis Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for delays in arrival or departure.
Navis Holidays (Maldives) Pvt. Ltd, cannot compensate for changes in planned diving or vessel itinerary due to adverse weather conditions and equipment breakdowns. Navis Holiday (Maldives) Ptv. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any charter and refund all deposits. No refunds can be made for cancelled diving arrangements due to adverse weather conditions or substitution of facilities and/or equipment or minor inconvenience once a trip begins.
From January First 2013 all bills/Invoices are subject to a 8% GST
